What We Provide
gcUserStudies LLC develops and distributes custom trading studies for the Sierra Chart platform. Studies are delivered as compiled DLL files through Sierra Chart’s built-in distribution system. We are an independent developer. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Sierra Chart.
Your Membership
Memberships are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
No Refunds
All sales are final on digital products. A trial membership is available specifically so you can evaluate the studies before committing to a paid plan – we encourage you to use it. If you purchase a monthly or annual membership and find it isn’t right for you, you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing the studies, contact us before canceling and we will work to resolve it.
Software Use
Our studies are licensed for use by a single Sierra Chart account only. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or share access to our DLL files with others. Each membership is tied to one Sierra Chart account.
Software Disclaimer
Our studies are provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep them working and updated, but we cannot guarantee error-free operation across all configurations. By using our studies, you agree to thoroughly test them in Sierra Chart’s simulation mode before applying them in a live trading environment. gcUserStudies LLC assumes no responsibility for outcomes resulting from deploying our software in live markets without prior simulation testing.
Limitation of Liability
gcUserStudies LLC is not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, or other financial outcomes resulting from the use of our studies. Our total liability for any claim related to our software or service is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent billing period.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were last made.
